Pastoral Care of the Sick and Shut-in

Trained volunteers assist in the pastoral care of those who are sick or confined,
whether at home, in nursing homes, in hospitals or in prison.

Anointing of the Sick is celebrated communally once or twice a year at Freeport
Health Care Centre, at Trinity Village Care Center, and at Sunday Masses in the parish.
It is also celebrated individually by appointment.

Either Eucharist or Word Service with Communion is celebrated at Grand Valley
Institution for Women each Sunday.
