"Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them ...
and teaching them to obey everything that I have commanded you.
And remember, I am with you always, to the end of the age."

News and Upcoming Events

HAPPY NEW YEAR to all our members and all parishioners. It promises to be a very eventful year for our parish as we prepare to celebrate our next anniversary.  It is a time for each of us to get involved in parish groups with the plan to bring everyone closer to God.

January is MEMBERSHIP month for the Catholic Women's League. We are inviting every lady who is over 18 to come and join us. The weekend of Jan.14/15 we will have a presentation at all Masses & members with information at all doors of the Church. We are not just BAZAAR ladies! We are involved in working with all levels of government, & all levels of our Church, to promote the good of all peoples Why not come and check us out for yourself???

On Jan 17, 7:30 p.m. we will have a "Just in Case" meeting. The idea is to prepare all the needed paperwork and direction for our families - just in case,  we should pass away unexpectedly. Father Kuzma will come to discuss funeral preparation and we will provide sheets for you to put in your "just in case" file. Everyone of us needs to do this for we never know when the time will come. Why not bring your daughters & other family members? They will need this planning too.

The ladies of Anselma House happily received the gifts we delivered after our Christmas party. Thank you to all who participated. Thank you as well, to all who helped with the Seniors’ Supper. I think everyone had a good time as well as a great dinner. Don't forget your SECRET Sister!!!

We are interested in collecting Christmas Decorations that you don't use. I have a recycling plan in mind. We can use artificial greens, flowers, and ornaments in good condition. (NOT glass balls or long tinsel please.) If in doubt - throw them out!!! A large box marked for this purpose will be at the MAIN door of the Church for the weekends of January 15 and 22. Thank you.
